Dear Lillian,

We are excited that you have chosen to attend execWE | The Power of WE: Coming, Working, and Rising Together! on Wednesday, March 24 at 8:30a.m. We have an exciting morning in store! Below is what you need to know to log in and other important information to make your experience at execWE the best possible.

Access to the Event

You will receive an email from Motown Digital by Noon Tuesday, March 23 with your unique link to execWE. IMPORTANT: The virtual event login email will come from
Motown Digital < no-reply@hopin.to >. It is recommended to have this email address added to a safe sender list or it’s possible the email will go into a spam folder.
Save this email-it’s your entry access to the event!

1. Click on “Accept Registration” to enter the event platform.
    
2. If you didn’t receive the email, check your spam/junk folder. 
    
3. If you still don’t see the email by Noon on Tuesday, March 23, contact
   Nick Moore at nmoore@greatlakeswbc.org. He will assist you.
    
4. SAVE THE LOGIN EMAIL – You will login to the event from the link inside the email. You Do Not need to create a username or password to enter, this link is your unique login. Clicking it will automatically take you to the front page of the event.
    
5. The recommended browser is Chrome. Firefox is also compatible. Chrome is quick to download if you don’t have it.
   These browsers are NOT compatible; Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer or Safari!
    
6. It’s recommended that you join from a laptop or desktop computer; mobile devices
   may have limited accessibility across the virtual event.

Roundtable Discussions

You are invited to participate in a Business Roundtable Discussion during execWE. When the time comes to participate in the Roundtables, go to the Lobby, select “Sessions” and click on the session you wish to attend. When you enter, turn off your audio and video as you will be interacting through the chat feature with other attendees and asking questions of the speaker! Below are the Roundtable Discussion Rooms.

The Power of WE AGENDA!

We have a full and exciting agenda for execWE with keynote  Sonia Jackson Myles of The Sister Accord, a special tribute to women by renowned poet Rosemarie Wilson, an exercise to grow your mind and soul, The Power Panel and interactive Roundtable Discussions! Be sure to take advantage of the networking and stay until the end for the giveaways and a special surprise closing! The platform opens at 7:00am.

Networking When in the execWE platform area-Networking-you will be randomly paired with another attendee who is in the networking room. You have 2 minutes together (maximum) to engage. If you wish to exchange information, click on the CONNECT button! When both parties click the CONNECT button, information is automatically exchanged. There are also opportunities to connect by clicking on an attendee’s name. You can send a direct message or schedule a video chat! What a great opportunity to meet face to face with new and treasured connections! Networking opportunities are scheduled in the Early Riser session prior to event Welcome and during breaks. Be pitch ready!
