Great Lakes Women’s Business Council Announces Charmaine (Char) Brown as Peer Growth Lead for Trusted Connector Peer Growth Circles
Livonia, MI — Great Lakes Women’s Business Council (GLWBC) is proud to announce Charmaine (Char) Brown, Founder and CEO of Connexions Consulting, as the Peer Growth Lead for the Trusted Connector Peer Growth Circles.
With nearly 30 years of experience as a strategic advisor, executive coach, and speaker, Brown brings deep expertise in helping leaders and organizations translate strategy into forward momentum . As Founder of Connexions Consulting, established in 2015, she partners with corporations, nonprofits, and industry associations to guide growth, transition, and transformation .
The Trusted Connector Peer Growth Circles are six-month, peer-led engagements designed to equip business owners with the strategic insight, accountability, and community support needed to scale sustainably. In her role, Brown will facilitate strategic dialogue among established entrepreneurs, helping them align growth strategies, strengthen decision-making, and build systems that support long-term performance.
Brown’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, people, and performance , and she is known for helping organizations move beyond surface-level planning to implement strategies that drive measurable results . Her blend of business acumen and practical leadership tools makes her exceptionally well-suited to guide peer-driven, results-oriented conversations.
