The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) Supply Chain Resiliency team, in partnership with Consumers Energy and DTE Energy, will host a collaborative supply chain event connecting utility prime contractors with Michigan-based Tier 2 suppliers in construction, maintenance, and engineering services.

  • A “How to Do Business with Primes” panel moderated by Consumers Energy or DTE Energy (panelists to be confirmed)
  • Featured programming with the Community Worker Transition Office (CWETO), including an invite-only breakout session 
  • Supplier engagement opportunities through networking tables hosted by primes and utility representatives
  • Pre-scheduled 1:1 buyer-supplier matchmaking meetings to support real connections and next steps
