You are invited to attend, “Branding Basics for Small Businesses: Creating A Brand That You and Your Customers Will Love,” a WBENC Women of Color session. All WOC WBEs and non-certified WOC Entrepreneurs are encouraged to attend this outreach and development program.

Join us on February 8th from 3-5 PM ET for an insightful session on how to create a brand that you and your customers will love. In an age where businesses are defined by the look of their Instagram grid, your brand is always going to set you apart from the rest. A brand isn’t just the colors of your logo or the boldness of your font – it’s so much more!

In this session taught by Mari Milenkovic, co-founder & COO of Her Brand & Co., and her Jessica Korthuis, co-founder and CEO, you will learn how you can tap into what makes your brand truly unique and how to stand out among the crowd and grow a deep community of dedicated customers and raving fans.

Key takeaways of the session include:

  • Branding basics for small businesses
  • Brand positioning frameworks and how to visually create a brand that is timeless
  • The key differences between marketing and branding, and how they work together

Mari will also take participants through a brand vision exercise to help you gain clarity on your brand’s vision and purpose. Attendees will also receive a free gift!

The WBENC Women of Color Program is an outreach and development program designed to build and strengthen a dynamic ecosystem for women of color entrepreneurs and women of color WBENC-Certified WBEs. While this session is targeted to women of color, all are welcome to attend.
