Retail Readiness & Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
✅ Be a product-based business with retail-ready inventory
✅ Certified WBE or CEED loan client
✅ Have the ability to process onsite credit card payments (Square, Stripe, etc.)
✅ Present a professional display setup
✅ Provide a business capabilities statement (1-page overview of your business, products, and capacity)
✅ Ensure products are packaged, priced, and ready for immediate sale
Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee a vendor table. Selection is based on product quality, retail readiness, and business presentation.
How to Apply
- Purchase your conference ticket → HERE
- Complete the vendor application form by August 8, 2025
- Be ready to submit your capabilities statement and product photos upon request
Vendor selections will be made the week of August 25, 2025.
Selected vendors will receive a confirmation email. Final space and table setup details will be shared two weeks prior to the conference.
