You are invited to attend “Conversations that Count,” a WBENC Women of Color Series. All WOC WBEs and non-certified WOC Entrepreneurs are encouraged to attend this outreach and development program.

The WBENC Women of Color Program is pleased to bring you Conversations that Count, a self-development series facilitated by Dr. Cheryl Polote-Williamson. This series is designed for business leaders and entrepreneurs who are eager to improve their mindset to effectively execute their visions while building a purpose-filled personal brand and balanced life. The workshops in this series are interactive and formatted to be a safe and communal space that encourages community and relationship building with attendees of each session. If you are looking to develop as a leader while getting to know other entrepreneurs, this program is for you!

Friday, May 20th 2:00-4:00PM EST

During the Dream, Plan, Do 2022 Vision Board workshop participants will create effective vision boards. As entrepreneurs, it is vital to know where you want to go and what you want to accomplish. Participants will walk away with not only a vision board but a vision board that gets results.

Standing in Your Purpose

Friday, June 24th 2:00-3:00PM EST

During the Standing in Your Purpose workshop, participants will receive 3-Keys to help you discover your purpose. Standing in Your Purpose is not difficult; in fact, your purpose is inside of you waiting to be discovered.  To stand in your purpose you must first understand how to discover your purpose. If you are looking to know discover and stand in your purpose, this session is for you!

Build Your Personal Brand as a Business Leader
Friday, July 15th 2:00-3:00PM EST

During the Build Your Personal Brand as a Business Leader workshop, attendees will learn 3-key components of building a solid personal brand and receive a personal brand template. The purpose of creating a personal brand is to truly understand your unique qualities and this brand should be a direct reflection of your skills, values, and beliefs. Join us to learn how to develop your brand message and create an image that defines your vision.

Individuals who attend this session will receive the book The Art of Influence by Dr. Cheryl Polote-Williamson after the session.

Self-Care Matters
Friday, August 19th 2:00-3:00PM EST

During the Self Care Matters workshop, participants will receive the 5 Keys to Self -Care and how to implement a self-care plan. Are you looking to improve your work life balance and learn how to overcome imposter syndrome; this workshop is designed for you! By the end of the workshop, attendees will learn to create and implement a self-care plan that works and get results.

This Financial Literacy Month, WBENC and JPMorgan Chase & Co. are pleased to invite you to attend “Building Generational Wealth Through Succession Planning,” a Women of Color session. During this session, you will learn from subject matter experts on how to build generational wealth and hear from generationally-owned business owners on how they are establishing family wealth through succession planning.
