Reyz

Tamika Mayes’ upbringing in Indiana motivated her path through business, community service and entrepreneurship.  She grew up in a blue collar-family in Indianapolis where community, hustle and resiliency were required.

Tamika founded Reyz, which provides luxurious comfort bras and curated gifts, after her mother-in-law’s breast cancer diagnosis in 2011. Digging into her passion for business, and community and improving the lives of women and underrepresented groups, Tamika decided to launch Reyz in 2021 to support women’s breast health and recovery for all stages of life.

As CEO of the Reyz startup, Tamika is the chief everything officer and enjoys bringing her strengths, diverse skillset and experience to grow a sustainable and impactful company. She is inspired by the Reyz’s ambitious vision of comfort for all women and is humbled by every opportunity that helps her help others.
